Blue Sky Cashmere is a business-to-business cashmere manufacturer in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features and tools, in order to provide our business customers with cashmere manufacturing and supply services — yarn, fabric and finished-garment programmes, together with related sampling, quotation and order management (the "Services").

Nothing on blueskycashmere.trade is sold directly. There is no checkout, we take no payment on this website, and the site does not offer customer accounts. Every order begins as an enquiry and is confirmed through quotation, sample approval and a signed agreement or purchase order. Invoicing, payment and delivery are handled outside this website under that agreement.

Blue Sky Cashmere is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit or use the Services or otherwise communicate with us. We do not accept file uploads through this website; if you send us a link, whatever that link contains is shared with us by you.
  • Communications with us including the content of emails, messages and calls, and any information you include in them.
  • Device information including information about your device, browser or network connection, your IP address and other unique identifiers.
  • Usage information including information about how and when you interact with or navigate the Services.

What we do not collect through this website. Because there is no checkout and no customer account, we do not collect payment card numbers, bank or financial account details, usernames, passwords or security questions through this website. Where a signed order later requires bank details for a transfer, those are exchanged directly with your finance contact under that agreement and not through this site.

Information the platform collects. Shopify hosts this website and, as our platform provider, may collect additional technical and analytical information about your visit that we do not ask you for and do not control — for example cookie identifiers, session data and aggregate traffic measurement.
