Blue Sky Cashmere LLC ("Blue Sky Cashmere", "we", "us", "our") operates this website at blueskycashmere.trade to present our cashmere manufacturing capabilities, programmes, and inquiry workflows to qualified business buyers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website. By using the website you agree to these Terms.
This website is intended for use by businesses — wholesalers, fashion brands, private-label partners, retailers, and other commercial buyers. It is not a consumer retail store and no consumer purchases are made through the site.
How engagements work
All commercial relationships with Blue Sky Cashmere are inquiry-based:
- You submit a quote or sample request via the website forms or by direct email.
- Our team confirms specifications, pricing, MOQs, and lead times in writing.
- Sample orders, where applicable, are dispatched and reviewed.
- Production proceeds against a signed proforma invoice or purchase order.
No legally binding contract for the supply of goods is formed by submitting a form on this website. A contract is formed only when both parties sign a proforma invoice, purchase order, or similar written instrument.
If anything in these Terms conflicts with a separately signed agreement between Blue Sky Cashmere and a buyer, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Information on the website
Product specifications, photography, gauge values, weights, lead times, and minimum order quantities are presented in good faith and reflect our typical capabilities. Specifications may vary slightly between production runs as a function of natural fibre characteristics. Final, binding specifications for any engagement are confirmed in writing by our team during quotation.
Photography includes both finished product images and generated imagery used while photography is in production. We replace generated imagery with finished photography as it becomes available.
Intellectual property
The website, including text, photography, code, design, and the Blue Sky Cashmere name and marks, is owned by Blue Sky Cashmere or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and download materials for the purpose of evaluating Blue Sky Cashmere as a potential supplier. You may not republish, redistribute, or use any materials for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
Tech packs, sketches, or other materials you submit to us in connection with a quote or sampling request remain your property; we use them solely to evaluate and execute your request.
Confidentiality
Pricing, lead times, and commercial terms communicated by Blue Sky Cashmere in response to an inquiry are confidential and are intended solely for the recipient organisation. You agree not to disclose such information to third parties without our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
