Cashmere is slow. Raw material grading, spinning, knitting, finishing — standard lead times run long because the craft demands care. But design calendars don’t always have 2–4 weeks to spare, especially when you’re iterating on a new silhouette or responding to a late-season opportunity.

How it works
Four stages, three weeks

Brief intake
Send a sketch, reference garment, or existing tech pack. Our design team confirms feasibility, fibre/gauge recommendations, and timeline within 48 hours. No ambiguity on what’s possible and what isn’t.

Tech pack co-development
If you don’t have a production-ready tech pack, our design team builds one with you — measurements, stitch diagrams, trim specifications, care labels, composition declarations. All included in the programme.

Dedicated atelier capacity
Your sample is produced on reserved machines, not back-of-queue. The atelier block is committed to your programme during the sampling window, compressing production time.
04
Pre-production approval + bulk quote
Final sample ships for approval. Bulk production quote issued in parallel — so the moment you approve the prototype, you can move to production without losing a week on quoting.
