Working with us
Minimums and timings both turn on one thing — whether we already hold your colour. No order minimum in value; only quantity.
From 10 pieces per size, per colour in a shade we stock. If the colour has to be produced, the minimum is 100 kg of yarn in one fibre and colour — which splits across as many designs and sizes as you like.
1–2 months in a colour we hold; about a month longer if it has to be sourced, dyed and spun. The clock starts at your approved sample, not at order confirmation.
Stocked samples ship immediately; a custom garment sample takes 3–4 weeks. Every sample carries a fee, credited back against a production order above the production minimum for your product — 100 kg of yarn, or 50 m of fabric.
How We Produce
Seven stages, every one of them on our own floor. Each is monitored for softness, tensile strength and durability — nothing leaves the facility without meeting the criteria.
Raw Mongolian cashmere sorted by fineness, staple length, and colour for optimal quality.
Fibres spun to the counts we hold — cashmere two-ply and singles, sheep wool singles only, camel and yak either.
On-site facility with 81 standard colours plus custom Pantone matching capability.
Stoll flat knitting and Shima Seiki whole-garment machines in 3GG, 5GG, 7GG, 12GG and 16GG.
Loom-woven shirtings, twills and throws at 120–150 cm width.
Colourfastness, dimensional stability, and tensile strength testing at every stage.
Woven cloth milled, raised, sheared and decatized; knitwear washed, dried and pressed. All on our own floor.
Colour
Dyed on site, on real cashmere. Custom Pantone matching from 100 kg per colour.
