Vertical Integration

We produce cashmere garments, accessories and textiles under your brand — spun, dyed, knitted or woven, finished and labelled inside one building in Ulaanbaatar. You send a tech pack, a sketch or a reference garment; we come back with a costed proposal, a sample, and a production plan. Your name goes on it. Ours doesn't.

Your Brand

Your label, your colour

Because we dye in-house, colour is a specification rather than a constraint. Work from our 81 standard colourways, or send a Pantone TCX or TPX reference and we will produce lab dips for your approval before anything goes into bulk.

  • Woven main labels, care labels and hangtags sourced through local trim suppliers and applied here
  • Composition declarations written for EU, UK and US labelling rules
  • Country-of-origin certification for customs clearance
  • Packaging sourced through vetted Ulaanbaatar suppliers — boxes, tissue, dust-bags and cashmere storage bags
  • Batch-level traceability from fibre lot to finished carton

How It Works

From Brief to Boutique

1

Specification & Enquiry

Share your product requirements, brand guidelines, and target pricing. We assess feasibility and provide an initial proposal.

2

Sampling & Colour Development

We develop samples and colour options. Iterate until the product meets your exact specification and quality standard.

3

Production & QC

Full production run with quality control at every stage. Regular updates and inspection reports throughout manufacturing.

4

Labelling & Packing

Your labels and care content sewn in, hangtags attached, pieces packed. Trim and outer packaging come from local suppliers we introduce you to and coordinate alongside the run.

5

Delivery & Ongoing Supply

Goods shipped to your specified destination. Ongoing supply arrangements available for repeat orders.

Included Services

Every Order Includes

Comprehensive support from specification through to delivery — included as standard, not as an upsell.

Labelling & Trim

We don't manufacture labels or hangtags — our floors run fibre, yarn, cloth and garments. We connect you with trusted Ulaanbaatar trim suppliers, and your labels are sewn into every piece to your placement spec as part of production.

Composition Declarations

Fibre composition certificates compliant with EU, UK, and US textile labelling regulations.

Country of Origin Certification

Certified country of origin documentation for customs clearance and regulatory compliance in all markets.

Packaging Coordination

Packaging is sourced the same way. We introduce you to vetted Ulaanbaatar partners for boxes, tissue, dust-bags and cashmere storage bags, and run it to your production timeline.

Traceability Documentation

Per-lot and per-stage records tracing each product from fibre source to finished goods — including lab and QC test results — available on request.

ESG Reporting Support

Supply chain data and documentation formatted for ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, and audit requirements.

Planning

What Sets Your Minimum

Our minimums turn on one question: are we already holding your colour? It is worth asking before you plan a range, because the two answers are very different.

Colour in stock

From 10 pieces

per size, per colour

Made from yarn — or, for woven pieces, cloth — we already hold. Knit tops (sweaters, cardigans, tops, vests), dresses and trousers from 10 pieces per size; accessories 20; home textiles 25; scarves 135; woven coats 10. Ask which of the 81 colourways we're carrying.

Colour dyed to order

100 kg

of yarn — one fibre, one colour · or 50 m of fabric

Our dye vessels take 100 kg of a single fibre at a time, so that is the smallest lot we can produce. Woven pieces are quoted against cloth instead, at 50 m. It is a material minimum, not a style minimum: split it across as many designs, sizes and product types as you like. Woven garments follow the 50 m minimum on the fabric. The 100 kg of yarn comes out almost exactly equal to the weight of the finished garments.

In practice: 100 kg of one shade might carry three sweater designs across a full size run, with the remainder going into scarves in the same colour.

Planning

MOQ & Lead Times

Figures below are for a colour we already hold. If the colour has to be produced, the produced minimum applies instead — 100 kg of yarn for knits, 50 m of fabric for wovens — and splits across styles.

Product Type Minimum Order Typical Lead Time
Knit tops (sweaters, cardigans, tops, vests) 10 pieces per size, per colour 1–2 months
Dresses & trousers (knit) 10 pieces per size, per colour 1–2 months
Coats & woven garments 10 pieces per size, per colour (fabric held) 1–2 months
Accessories (hats, gloves) 20 pieces per size, per colour 1–2 months
Scarves 135 pieces per size, per colour in a stocked colour · otherwise 50 m of fabric or 100 kg of yarn, by scarf type 1–2 months
Home textiles (blankets, pillows, duvets) 25 pieces per size, per colour 4–6 weeks
Yarn (by weight) 100 kg per colour Ships from stock · ~1 month to produce
Fabric (by the metre) 50 m to produce · lower from stock, on request Ships from stock · ~1 month to produce

Woven garments (coats, and tailored dress pants among the trousers) follow the same model against fabric rather than yarn. Lead times vary with complexity, colour count and season; sampling is separate from production MOQs.

Scope

Where We Draw the Line

Worth knowing before you brief us, so nobody spends a fortnight discovering it on a call.

  • We don't manufacture trim or packaging

Labels, hangtags, boxes and dust-bags all come from Ulaanbaatar suppliers we introduce you to. Our floors run fibre, yarn, cloth and garments — your labels are sewn in here as part of production.

  • We don't hold all 81 colours in every fibre

Ask what is in stock before you plan a range. Anything else is dyed to order at the 100 kg minimum.

  • We don't do woven-fabric garments below 50 m of cloth

Cut-and-sew from our own cloth follows the fabric minimum, not the knitwear one.

  • We don't drop-ship or hold consignment stock

Production ships to your warehouse or forwarder. Ex Works (EXW) Ulaanbaatar. Freight, insurance and duty are arranged by the buyer.
