Evaluate our yarn, fabric, and finished garments in your own studio before committing a single piece to bulk production.
Why physical samples
No swatch on a screen captures what 15.5–16.5 micron Mongolian cashmere does in the hand. Sampling exists for one reason — to put the actual fibre, yarn, and finished construction in front of your buying team before any commitment is made. Our guide explains what every sample format costs and why the fee comes back.
The Kit · Six Formats
Each format is sampled at production-grade quality — what you receive is what comes off the floor in bulk. Add as many or as few as your evaluation needs.

Finished piece · production-grade
A finished sweater, scarf, or accessory from our existing range — or a custom prototype built to your tech pack.

Cashmere 2-ply and singles · sheep wool singles · camel & yak either
Yarn swatches in your specified material, count, ply, and colour for in-house knitting trials and tension testing. Larger cone quantities are quoted on request.

Knitted or woven · multiple gauges
10 × 10 cm swatches across various gauges, structures, and compositions — jersey, rib, cable, jacquard, pointelle.

81 standard shades · real dyed cashmere
Physical reference fan with all 81 standard colourways — actual dyed cashmere, not a printed simulation.

Custom Pantone-matched dye
Custom dye samples for colour approval before committing to bulk dyeing. On a production order, lab dips are included — we iterate until the colour is right. A standalone lab dip without an order is priced per shade.

Raw + processed · cashmere, camel, sheep wool, yak
Pre-spinning fibre tufts at every processing stage — for fibre-level quality, micron, and length assessment.
How it moves
Day 0
Tap "Add to samples" on the Colour Card, any yarn or fabric page, or the Product Range. Items accumulate in a floating basket as you navigate.
Day 0
Review your basket and submit once with your company details and shipping address. Everything in one request — no back-and-forth.
Day 2
We confirm availability, sample fees, and turnaround within two working days. Approve and we pull from stock or produce, then ship with tracking.
Wk 2 – 4
Assess in your studio. Place a production order above the production minimum for your product — 100 kg of yarn, or 50 m of fabric and we credit the sample fees back in full — or iterate further on custom samples.
Before you request
The more you send with your request, the faster and closer the first sample comes back. None of it is required to start — but each one sharpens the result.
For a custom piece, send measurements, construction notes and a target weight. For something from our existing range, the style reference is enough — a sketch, a photo, or a garment to work back from.
Choose from the 81 standard colourways on our Colour Card, or send a Pantone TCX or TPX reference — or a physical swatch — for a custom match. Custom colours are lab-dipped for your approval before bulk.
The fibre — cashmere, sheep wool, camel, yak or a blend — plus yarn count, ply and knit gauge if you have them. If you don't, tell us the hand and weight you're after and we'll recommend.
Which sizes to sample, and the production volume you're planning toward. It shapes what we recommend, and it tells us whether your colour sits in stock or needs a 100 kg dye lot.
Not sure on the specifics? Start with whatever you have — our design team fills the gaps during sampling.
Open the Colour Card, any yarn or fabric page, or the Product Range. Tap "Add to samples" on anything you want to evaluate, then submit your basket when ready.
