Spinning, knitting, weaving and finishing run on European and Japanese machinery. The dye house is built around Chinese vessels running German SETEX process control, with Italian radio-frequency and hot-air drying on either side of it, and garment washing and drying equipment sourced regionally. The roster below lists the makes and models on our floor from spinning onward — most of them run as several units, not one — and all of it sits inside our own vertically integrated facility in Ulaanbaatar. Fibre preparation (scouring, dehairing, carding) runs on the same site; make and model details for that stage are available on request.

Rapier weaving machines from the Seriana Valley, the heart of the Italian weaving industry. Itema brings together Somet, Vamatex and Sulzer — the three houses that shaped modern weft insertion — and is the only maker to build rapier, airjet and projectile machines. Ours run with electronic jacquard shedding, so figured and patterned cloth is woven to pattern rather than printed on afterwards.
A rapier machine built on the Somet line that invented the modern rapier loom in 1967, now part of the Itema range. Its universal PGA gripper carries different weft materials and yarn counts into the same cloth, which is what lets us weave mixed-count and blended constructions without changing machine.
Three loose-stock vessels dye fibre before it is spun, which is how colour reaches the core of the staple rather than sitting on finished yarn. Running to SETEX process control from Germany, with recipes held per lot. The smallest vessel is why a 25 kg dye lot is possible at all.
Pressurised vessels that dye yarn already wound onto packages, for colours called off after spinning rather than before it. Same SETEX control platform as the loose-stock line, so a recipe behaves the same way on either route.
Radio-frequency drying for loose stock and hanks. Water is driven out from within the fibre instead of by forced hot air, so the staple dries evenly without the surface overheating and without hanks tangling. On cashmere that protects handle and loft — the properties the fibre is bought for.
A second drying route for yarn and loose fibre, from a Milanese house that has built textile dryers since 1881. Two dryers on different principles means the method can be matched to the lot rather than the lot to the machine.
Spins free water out of fibre and yarn between the dye vessel and the dryer. Variable-frequency, so the speed is set to the lot — the gentler the extraction, the less the wet staple is stressed before it dries.

W4400H washer-extractors — a 400-litre drum taking 45 kg, extracting at 825 rpm. Programmable cycles let us hold water temperature and mechanical action inside the narrow window cashmere tolerates, so garments are washed and softened without felting.
SXT-600 soft-mount washer-extractors — a 60 kg drum extracting at 706 rpm, G-factor 400, on an inverter drive with stainless drum, tub and door. Soft-mount means the machine absorbs its own imbalance, so heavy wet knitwear can be extracted hard without hammering the floor.
A 50 kg heavy-duty tumble dryer. Cashmere is dried gently rather than quickly — heat and agitation are what cost a knit its handle — so the drum is run below its rated throughput.
Sen Joung has built industrial washers, hydro-extractors, dryers and pressing equipment in Taiwan since 1974. The TT-80 handles the lighter drying loads alongside the Oasis drum.
Shangrao Jiangxin electric steam generators, 3–12 kW, feeding the finishing floor. They are the source of the steam rather than the machine that applies it — steaming and pressing relax the knit, lift its loft back and hold the measurements a garment was specified to.
Laboratory instrumentation for fibre and yarn testing — thread thickness against the specified count, fibre length, fineness, twist and strength. Used at every production stage and on every batch, so specifications are measured rather than judged.
