Before you order
Buying with us
What buyers ask before a first order, in one place. Each answer links to the full detail.
Your first order
Most first orders go in two steps.
Sample: 1–10 pieces, to approve fit, colour and handle. A custom garment sample takes 3–4 weeks, from $80 a piece.
Production: in a colour we hold, 10 pieces per size, per colour. For example, one style in five sizes and one colour is 50 pieces, the start of our Capsule tier (50–500 pieces per style).
If the colour has to be dyed for you, the minimum is 100 kg of yarn for knitwear or 50 m of fabric for woven pieces, shared across as many styles and sizes as you like. Accessories start at 20, home textiles at 25 and woven scarves and shawls at 135. For a pilot or a limited first drop, ask us: per-piece minimums can flex for qualifying brands.
