Recommended care:
- Hand wash cool with a pH-neutral cashmere detergent
- Dry flat and reshape while damp
- Store folded with cedar — never on a hanger
- De-pill gently with a cashmere comb between wears

Sampling lead time: 3–4 weeks if the colour is in stock, 5–6 weeks dyed to order.
Production lead time: 1–2 months in a colour we hold; about a month longer if the colour has to be produced. Runs from your approved sample.
Shipping terms: Ex Works (EXW) Ulaanbaatar. Freight, insurance and duty are arranged by the buyer.
Packaging: individual polybag + responsibly sourced box as standard. Client-branded boxes, tissue and dust-bags are coordinated through trusted Ulaanbaatar suppliers — not made here.
